2017 JEEP RUBICON HISTORY AND BUILD LIST FROM THE LAST OWNER



HISTORY

The first owner purchased the truck in New Mexico and immediately had the dealership perform the V6 to V8 5.7 L HEMI Conversion. Note (The conversion harness from the V6 to the V8 engine had everything EXCEPT cruise control). At that time, a 4" Fox shock lift and a 2" BODY LIFT was installed with 35" tires. The Jeep was sold to the 2nd owner 1 year later also in New Mexico who then added a 6 inch total lift and 37" tires, along with an Electronic Sway Bar Disconnect.

THIRD AND LAST OWNER
I purchased the Jeep in 2020 with 39,000 miles, During COVID, I stripped out the seats and the entire interior, completely sound proofed the bed and walls with Killmat, then Dynamat, then felt, then carpet and floor mats.
The doors were disassembled and lined with SoundSkin form cut sound proof liners.

The shocks and lift were replaced with:
TERAFLEX Stage Adjustable shocks / Springs / Teraflex 2.5" lift and
40" Maxxis tires with 20" KMC 8 lug wheels
Teraflex 8 lug free float locking hubs with ChromeMoly shafts
RCV ball joint axle kit to replace the Knuckle joints
Artech welded truss reinforcement to the original Dana 44 axle
Teraflex 4 piston Big Brake system on all 4 wheels with 14" rotors
Electronic sway bar DELETE and replacement with a permanent Sway bar front and rear to stiffen excessive body role
HD Custom Fit Axles

5.7 L HEMI CONVERSION UPGRADED TO APPROXIMATELY A 6.4L HEMI V8

The 5.7L block was upgraded with a 6.4L upper end conversion

LABOR:
Fabricate dual row tube for custom light bar across windshield. Bar will consist of two parallel
square tubes 3/4" square spaced approximately 1-2" apart running between the existing windshield
light bar brackets. From there we will weld 14 individual tabs which will support the 7 4.7"
VisionX CG2 cannons from directly behind the light. The bar will then be powder coated in black match the existing brackets as close as possible. The light arrangement will have the 3 single LED
cannons in the center positions and 4 multi LED cannons 2 on each side. The other 2 multi LED
cannons will be mounted on the A-pillar. The lights on the windshield bar will be wired to position
1 on the switch pod. The A-pillar lights will be wired to position 2. The Shocker light bar will be
mounted onto the front bumper on the underside of the bull bar using the tube clamp mounts. The
shocker will be wired to switch 3 and 4 for the spot beam and fog amber beam
